1. Up to 3 mouthpieces at a time may be ordered for trial. Please contact us at andy@dahlkemouthpieces.com or (970) 590-1977 for trials.

2. After receiving your mouthpieces, please try them for one week, for an extension please contact us prior to the one-week deadline.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A full refund will be issued within five business days after we receive the return, provided the mouthpieces are returned in new condition. Mouthpieces should not have nicks or chips, scratches, or teeth marks. Returned items are subject to a $5.00 cleaning fee.
